Meet Tom

Tom is an American University trained executive, leadership, and professional coach who works with Federal Senior Executives and executive managers, corporate executives, entrepreneurs, emerging leaders, and professionals at all levels seeking to tackle challenges, elevate their leadership, and unlock their full potential.  He is passionate about harnessing the power of our inner strengths to achieve greater personal and professional enrichment.  He guides individuals to grow with clarity and confidence, and helps them recognize their inner resilience. 

 

Previously, Tom developed a deep expertise in foreign affairs and international security with more than 28 years of worldwide experience delivering results in complex environments, often in crisis situations, while managing risk in support of the President and national security apparatus.

 

 

Tom held senior leadership roles both at home and abroad. Tom has extensive experience in talent management, and is a certified Instructor of gold-standard training courses.  Tom has a record of sustained superior performance in leadership, management, and mentoring.

 

Tom resides in Arlington, VA, and in his free time he enjoys travel, sports, and music.  He is active in several alumni associations, his local parish, and other volunteer activities.
